My First Bible Verses

This was my favorite Christmas gift to dear friends at church who have a new baby. I am excited to watch them grow as parents and use practical tools like this in discipling their children.
This is also a great gift for a baby shower!

As I read these scriptures with my babies, I was reminded of how powerful and rewarding it is to memorize God’s word. I love how simple the verse cards were for not only my little ones to memorize but also for me to as well. The more I get to use these resources, the more impactful they have become for our family.

I’m so impressed with the quality of these materials. These are such wonderful tools for families to utilize at dinner time or family worship. I’m giving them to several families for Christmas! I just wish the advent set had been available when I first discovered Tiny Theologins. Maybe I can gift those next year.

These memory verse cards are very nice. Love that there are 52 and the ring they are attached to…what I didn’t know when I ordered these is that these are loose translations. My personal preference would have been to just grab a shorter phrase of a common translation (csb /esv) rather than toddler speak…the meaning is there…I just would not want to have to re-teach it…a grandma review.

I’m thankful for the idea of Tiny Theologians for babies all the way up. However, I’d say that the cards that I ordered (Church History, 1st Bible verses and ABC’s) could be a bit thicker and better quality and even come in sturdier boxes. The Church History box is even slightly bent in that the lid does not slide on easily cause the ‘cardboard’ is not very thick and sturdy. And I’d say that the cute bible verse cards are not thick enough to endure my 9month old slobber cause those little hands love to hold cards (such as coasters off the table). Anyway, a bit thicker sturdier product would really make them all last a lifetime to endure children’s little hands for example. (I don’t plan on letting the little one hold and chew constantly, just know that will be the tendency and it would be nice if the cards were thicker and more durable. Thank you for all you do.
